Search a company name in a state's official register in exact mode — punctuation and spacing ignored, but the legal-form suffix must match — and get its officers and directors as a roster of names and titles on the same record as legal name, entity ID, status, formation date, and registered agent, at no extra charge. Registers that publish no roster say so explicitly in field_notes.
