Send a full US street address — city, state, and preferably ZIP — and get the owner of record on one normalized record, with parcel ID, assessed value, and the last sale date and price where the county publishes them. An address in a county that is not covered returns an explicit not-covered row instead of a silent blank, and is never charged. California's public rolls redact owner names.
