Sweep Florida's early-vote dataset over a date window and get one row per county, party, and method — county FIPS, ballots returned and accepted, early in-person votes, and the snapshot date each cumulative count belongs to, so a range returns the time series rather than one number. Sources that publish only during an active election return a labeled coverage row off-season, never a silent empty.
