I build scrapers for three sources: Zillow, Immoweb and Reddit. Every number on an Actor page comes from a real run, including the ones that don't flatter me.

Zillow: 5,000 listings from one Austin search in 3 minutes 49 seconds. Zillow shows at most 820 results per search. That run went past it and covered 63 ZIP codes. 2,456 duplicates turned up along the way, and none of them were billed.

Immoweb: 82,103 Belgian listings in 20 minutes, from all 11 provinces. Immoweb's own site stops a search near 10,000. The Agency Actor lists every agency in a province, with the agency's own email kept apart from the lead-form relay address.

Reddit: 3,000 posts across three keywords in under 3 minutes. Reddit ends a single search at about 250 results. The run keeps going past that, and your limit is shared between keywords so the first one can't use it all.

What you don't pay for. Retries, duplicates, deleted comments and rows that miss your filters. About one Zillow listing in seven is a Showcase page with no agent details. Those rows are marked and free.

Where it falls short, in writing. A Reddit thread with 27,000 comments won't finish inside an hour. The run tells you how many replies it didn't reach instead of calling the job complete.
