Here is what my Zillow scraper actually does, in numbers. Every Actor I publish gets the same treatment.

41 fields per listing, and you see how full each one is. Price, address, beds, baths and coordinates come back on every row. Zillow's own value estimate comes back on 19%. Both numbers sit in a table on the Actor page, measured across 5,000 real listings.

5,000 listings in 3 minutes 49 seconds, zero blocked requests. Zillow caps any single search at 820 results. That run reached 5,000 by splitting the map and removing duplicates, covering 63 ZIP codes and 864 brokerages.

2,456 duplicate fetches on that run, none of them billed. You pay for rows delivered to your dataset. Retries, blocks, duplicates and results that miss your filters are mine to absorb, not yours.

One charge, every field. No second tier to reach the rest of your data, and no fee just for starting a run.

Where a site's rules and the data disagree, the page says so. Zillow's robots.txt disallows the search route this Actor uses. That is written on the page, with a switch, so the call is yours to make.
