A recorded 1 October run for ноутбук returned 10 laptops with prices, discounts and ratings, and a reviews run returned 30 reviews of an iPhone 15 in 17 seconds.

There are two ways to give input. For product search, put keywords in queries, ideally in Russian (ноутбук finds far more than laptop, because Ozon indexes Russian titles), and pick a sort. For reviews, put product links in reviewProductUrls: a full product link (https://www.ozon.ru/product/...-1185261285/), its reviews link, or the bare product ID. You can use both in one run.

"Form prefill" values fill the Console form for you but are not defaults. A run needs at least one keyword or one product link; with neither it returns a single summary row and charges nothing.

Timing. Ozon answers slowly through the Unblocker: in the 1 October search run the first page of products took about 85 seconds and the second about 11. Each product page holds about 8 products. The default run timeout is 900 seconds; for several hundred products or several products' reviews, raise it in the run options. A run nearing its timeout stops in time and keeps what it collected.

What data do you get?

Product rows, one per product: product_id, title, price_rub (a number), price_text (Ozon's own text, such as 27 466 ₽), original_price_rub and original_price_text (the crossed out price) and discount (Ozon's badge, such as −90%) on products on sale, rating and review_count (plus Ozon's own reviews_text, such as 79 отзывов) on products that have reviews, image, is_adult (Ozon's adult content flag), product_url (tracking parameters removed), search_query and scraped_at. Fields Ozon does not show for a product are left out of its row: in the 1 October run, 5 of 10 products had no sale price and 6 of 10 had no rating yet.

Review rows (record_type: "review"), one per review: review_id, product_id, product_name, product_url, rating (1 to 5), text, photos and videos (links, when attached) with photo_count and video_count, author_name (the name Ozon displays; left out when the reviewer posted anonymously), published_at, useful_votes, not_useful_votes, comment_count, language, the product's product_rating, product_review_count and rating_breakdown (counts per star), review_url (opens the review on Ozon) and scraped_at. When a reviewer filled in Ozon's separate pros and cons boxes, those texts are included too.

Each run ends with a _type: "summary" row (delivered, already_delivered, and for reviews review_products, reviews_delivered, reviews_charged, reviews_billing and a review_sources list with the status of each product link) and a _type: "info" row. Neither is ever charged. Skip rows that have a _type field when you load the data.

The start fee, exactly. Apify's apify-actor-start event is charged once when a run starts, at $0.005 for each GB of memory the run uses, with a minimum of one event. This actor runs on 1 GB by default, so a default run pays one event: $0.005.

Worked examples. A 200 product price check costs $0.50 plus $0.005 on any plan. 300 reviews of one product cost $0.005 (the start fee) today; from 15 October they cost $0.75 on the Free tier or $0.447 on Gold, plus $0.005.

Never charged: a product found by two keywords (charged once), products and reviews skipped by monitor mode, the same review seen twice, products with no reviews, failed or empty pages, the Unblocker proxy, and the summary and info rows. A run that finds nothing pays only the start fee.

FAQ

What is Ozon? Ozon (ozon.ru) is Russia's largest online marketplace, with millions of products from Ozon itself and third party sellers. This actor reads its public product search and its public product review pages, the same data any visitor sees.

How many products can I get? Up to 1,000 per run across all your keywords. Each keyword is read page by page (about 8 products a page, up to 60 pages) until Ozon runs out of new products. For bigger sweeps, split a category into several narrower keywords or several runs.

How fresh is the data? Every run reads Ozon live, so prices and discounts are as of scraped_at. Ozon changes prices often, so a daily schedule is the usual way to track them.

Do I need an Ozon account or a Russian IP? No. The actor uses no account and reaches Ozon through Apify's Unblocker proxy, which is included in the price. You need only an Apify account.

Why Unblocker and not a normal proxy? Ozon's JSON feed returns an empty answer to datacenter addresses, and datacenter and residential proxies both failed in our tests; the Unblocker tier is the one that works. If a run cannot get the Unblocker proxy, it stops at once with a summary row and charges nothing for data.

Why do some products have no rating, discount or original price? Because Ozon shows none for them: new listings have no reviews yet, and only products on sale have a crossed out price. Those fields are left out of the row rather than filled with placeholders.

Do I need to search in Russian? It is not required, but Ozon indexes Russian titles, so ноутбук returns far more of the catalogue than laptop.

How do reviews work, and what will they cost? Put product links in reviewProductUrls. The actor reads up to maxReviewsPerProduct reviews per product, 30 per page, in the order you choose. Until 15 October 2026 reviews are delivered free, and the summary row says reviews_billing: "free"; from 15 October each review is charged at the rates above and the summary says billed. A product with no reviews returns no rows and costs nothing.

Can I get only new products or reviews on repeat runs? Yes. Turn on monitorMode and schedule the task (Apify Console, Schedules, Create new, for example 0 6 * * *). The actor keeps the IDs it has delivered to your account in a storage named monitor-ozon-product-search and skips them later. The memory is shared by all your monitor mode runs of this actor, whatever the keywords. If the storage cannot be opened, the run says so in its log and delivers everything it finds.

How do I export the data? From the run's Storage tab as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML, or through the Apify API. Skip rows that have a _type field if you want products and reviews only.

Is it legal to scrape Ozon? The actor reads only Ozon's public search results and public review pages, without logging in or getting past any login wall. Product rows hold listing data only; review rows can carry the reviewer's displayed name, which is personal data, so analyse reviews in aggregate.
