I publish finished tools. Most of what I actually build never goes public — client work, one-off automations, things that solve a very specific problem for one business and were never meant to scale to a marketplace.

The three actors on this profile are the ones I decided were clean enough, useful enough, and general enough to share. That's a small fraction of what I've actually shipped.

What I'm usually doing: taking a problem someone describes badly — "we need to know what's happening with our competitors" or "this data exists somewhere, we just can't get to it" — and turning it into something that runs on its own and doesn't need a follow-up meeting to explain.

I don't take a project unless I'm confident I can finish it. I'd rather say no upfront than leave something half-built.
