Hi,
it looks like the actor doesn't handle proxy errors as it should. Instead of retrying, it accepts the invalid response containing only a text (e.g. Proxy Error ...), hence it doesn't find any contacts. This makes the scraper a bit unstable. We'll try to fix it this or next week, we'll let you know once the fix is released. Thanks for the report.
