WebDataLabs builds and runs web data collection. Run a scraper from the catalogue below yourself, or have us operate a defined data feed for you on a schedule.
The counters on this profile are computed by Apify from real runs, not written by us.
Each Actor below covers one source, with its own input form, output schema, and price. Output is flat, one record per item. Bugs go on that Actor's Issues tab.
One defined source, a schema you specify, collection on your schedule, delivered to a dataset, S3, a webhook, or your database. We write the collector, run it, watch it, and repair it when it breaks. A setup fee plus a monthly rate, scoped in writing first.
Sites change. Selectors stop matching, endpoints add required parameters, layouts get A/B tested so half the requests parse. That is normal, and it is why a feed is a service, not a script.
Runs are checked, not assumed. We agree upfront what a healthy run looks like: row count, required fields, value shapes. A run that exits clean and returns a third of the usual rows is a failure here.
Failure states are visible. A field we could not collect is null and is reported as null, never backfilled with placeholders, stale values, or estimates. A short delivery with an explanation beats a full-looking one that is quietly wrong.
Repair is included. When a source changes, fixing the collector is covered by the monthly rate. New fields or sources get quoted first; repairs never do.
We do not promise uptime on sites we do not control, and you should be wary of anyone who does. A source can add a hard block or drop a field, and no contract wording changes that. What we control is the response: you hear it from us first, and the fix is on us.
Actor bugs belong on its Issues tab. Anything commercial goes here.
