Scrape Telegram channel messages without an API key

Messages, views, reactions, forward sources and media links from a public Telegram channel. No api_id, no phone number, no login. This example asks @durov for up to 1,000 messages; his whole public history (about 430 posts, back to 2015) is shorter than that, so the run returns all of it. Messages bill per started block of 1,000 per channel, even when a channel has fewer: at most $5.02 per run.
