Aggrometer — Gaming Attention Data

Unofficial. This Actor is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Valve/Steam or Twitch. It provides independently derived aggregates and estimates compiled from publicly available platform interfaces.

Live gaming market intelligence, pay-per-query. Aggrometer continuously measures ~2,000 games across Steam concurrent players (hourly) and Twitch live viewership (15-minute, game-level aggregates) — joined per game with prices, discounts, top-seller ranks, clip velocity, review counts, and pre-release hype. One query = one charge. No subscription.

The aggro ratio

aggro = live viewers ÷ concurrent players, same hour. Above 1.0, a game holds more audience than players — the signal that streamer marketing converts, that a spectacle moment is happening, or that attention is arriving ahead of sales. This Actor is the pay-per-use door to that dataset.

Who uses this

  • Game developers & publishers — market research: which genres are heavily played but under-streamed, launch-window scouting, competitor attention tracking
  • Marketing teams — where a game's attention lives: watched-vs-played balance at the game and genre level
  • Analysts & press — attention momentum, hype-to-release pipelines, price/discount effects on player counts
  • AI agents — everything above, autonomously; every board returns clean structured JSON

Data quality & cadence

Game-level derived aggregates and estimates only. Cadence: players hourly · Twitch viewership 15-min · prices, ranks, clips & anticipation daily. History accrues continuously since 2026-08-26; sparse series indicate a young warehouse, not missing coverage. Live viewership data provided by Twitch; the anticipation score is Aggrometer's own composite index (Steam wishlist rank + pre-release Twitch attention).
