Trustpilot Reviews Scraper

Get any company's Trustpilot reviews in about two minutes — in every language, with the star rating, text, dates, reviewer country, verification badge and the company's reply. Paste websites, Trustpilot links or brand names, as many as you like, press Start, and get one clean row per review. Each run also adds a Companies table with TrustScores and star breakdowns, and a Report that says exactly what was collected.

Export to Excel, CSV, JSON or HTML, or send reviews to Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make or your own code through the Apify API. Switch to Monitor new reviews, schedule it, and each run returns only what changed: new, edited and deleted reviews and new company replies.

How to run the Actor

1. Click Try for free.
2. Paste companies, one per line: a website (amazon.com), a Trustpilot page (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.amazon.com) or a brand name (Nike).
3. Pick What do you need? — see the table below — and add filters if you want. By default nothing is filtered out: every language, every rating, verified and unverified.
4. Set Maximum reviews per company. The form starts at 100 for a quick look; 0 means every review Trustpilot shows.
5. Press Start, then open the Output tab and export. Reviews appear as each company finishes.

Companies are read in parallel, and brand names are looked up on Trustpilot's search.

Each choice is a starting point; the filters refine any of them.

Monitor new reviews

The first run saves the last 30 days (adjustable) as a starting point. Every later run returns only what changed, marked in the changeType column:

Days to re-check for changes (default 30) sets how far back edits, replies and deletions are caught; 0 looks for new reviews only, which is the cheapest. Keep Maximum reviews per company at 0, or above the number of reviews a company gets between runs.

The memory lives in a key-value store in your own Apify account: one per saved task, or a Memory name you choose. Use a new memory name to start over.

Filters combine freely. You pay only for the rows delivered, so narrower filters cost less.

Every review carries the same columns, with null where Trustpilot has nothing — so Zapier, Make and Sheets can map them from a single sample.

• verificationLevel is Trustpilot's badge: verified, invited (the company invited the reviewer) or not-verified. isVerified is true only for verified.
• experienceDate is the date of the experience; updatedDate is when the reviewer last edited the review.
• source is how the review arrived: Organic, or an invitation system such as AFSv2.
• changeType is filled in Monitor mode only.

Companies and Report tables

Companies — one row per company: TrustScore, total and publicly shown reviews, reviews in the last 12 months, the count for each star rating, languages with counts, categories, country, website, email, phone and address from the Trustpilot profile, whether the profile is claimed, and how often and how fast the company replies to negative reviews.

Report — one row per company you entered: found / not found / no reviews match, which company a brand name matched, Trustpilot's total, reviews matching your filters, reviews collected, coverage %, and — when it's not complete — the date from which every review is included and the reason. In Monitor mode, its Monitor report view counts the new, edited, deleted and reply changes per company.

The Output tab links all three tables. Reviews shows the key columns, All fields shows everything, and Changes shows monitor runs. A run summary — companies found and not found, reviews delivered, changes by type, and why the run stopped — is saved to the key-value store as RUN_SUMMARY.

You pay for the reviews you get, plus small fees for company rows and monitor checks:

In Monitor mode, the changes found — and the first run's starting point — are charged as reviews. Companies that aren't found, can't be read or appear twice in your list are never charged.

There's no subscription. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options and the Actor stops cleanly at the limit, keeping everything collected so far.

Start with 100 reviews per company to see the data, then remove the cap or add a schedule.

How many reviews can I get? (Trustpilot's 200-review limit)

Trustpilot's website shows at most 200 reviews for any one combination of filters — 10 pages of 20, newest first. The public website offers no way past that. This Actor gets as far as the website allows: it reads all languages at once, splits a company with more reviews by language and then by star rating, and adds verified-only and replied-only passes that reach a little further back. The result:

• Every review, whenever no language-and-rating combination holds more than 200. That covers most small and mid-size companies.
• For large companies, every review from recent weeks or months, plus a sample of older ones. The report states the exact date from which the export is complete.

To build a large company's complete history from today on, schedule Monitor new reviews: a daily run only needs the last day, far below the limit.

Narrowing it down

More reviews isn't always better. Filters trade volume for the reviews you need:

Integrations & scheduling

Reviews don't have to stay on Apify. Without writing any code you can:

• Send reviews to Google Sheets, Airtable or Slack — pick the integration on the Actor's Integrations tab and every run appends its results automatically.
• Push them into other apps via Zapier or Make — helpdesks, CRMs and thousands of other apps, triggered when a run finishes.
• Fire a webhook to your own server the moment a run completes, with a link to the fresh dataset.
• Pull the data over the API in JSON, CSV, Excel or XML — one URL, ideal for a script or notebook.

Alerts for new bad reviews. Choose Monitor new reviews with star ratings 1 and 2, save it as a task and schedule it daily or hourly. Then, in the task's Integrations tab, send each run's results to Slack, email or a sheet — every new 1★ or 2★ review reaches you on the next run, with no code at all. Every review carries a stable reviewId and companyId, so you can match rows across runs and against your own systems.

Tips

• Start with 100 reviews per company to check the data before removing the cap.
• Raise Parallel sessions to finish faster — each reads just under one page of 20 reviews per second.
• Filter by language, rating or date, or set a maximum per company, to lower the cost.
• For an exact match, paste the company's Trustpilot link instead of a brand name.
• Give each client or schedule its own Memory name so their monitors never mix.
• Set Days to re-check for changes to 0 if you only need new reviews — it's the cheapest way to monitor.
• For a large company, the Report's Complete since date tells you how far back the export is complete. Schedule Monitor mode to keep it complete from now on.

Good to know

• Fewer reviews than Trustpilot's total — Trustpilot's total also counts reviews it doesn't show publicly (removed or pending). Very large companies also hit the 200-review limit. The Report shows both numbers and the reason for each company.
• Brand names — they go through Trustpilot's search, and the best match is picked. Check the Report's Matched by and Search matches columns. For an exact match, paste the company's Trustpilot link.
• Country sites — a company's reviews are the same on every Trustpilot site (de.trustpilot.com, fr.trustpilot.com…). Paste a link from any of them. All languages are included by default.
• Review language — titles and texts come in the language the reviewer wrote them in. Nothing is translated.
• Coverage % — the Report leaves it empty in Monitor mode and when Reviewer countries or Published after is set. Trustpilot's own count doesn't use those filters, so the two numbers wouldn't compare.
• Monitor memory — changing star ratings, languages, reviewer countries or the verified or replied filters gives each company a fresh starting point. Date filters don't. To start over on purpose, use a new Memory name.
• Long runs — reviews are saved as each company finishes, so a stopped or timed-out run keeps them.
• Failed runs — if no browser session gets past Trustpilot's bot check, the run fails and says so. Try another proxy group. If Trustpilot changes its data format, the run stops early with a clear error instead of finishing with nothing. Please report it in the Issues tab.
• Personal data — reviews include the reviewer's public display name, profile ID and country, as Trustpilot shows them. No emails or other contact details are collected. If you store or process reviewer names, GDPR and similar rules apply to you.
• Legality — the Actor reads only public pages, but Trustpilot's terms restrict automated access. You're responsible for using the data lawfully. If in doubt, ask a lawyer.
