WooCommerce Scraper

Every product in any WooCommerce store — prices, sale prices, stock, ratings, attributes, variations, images and descriptions — as clean JSON.

WooCommerce powers millions of online shops, from household brands like Aunt Fannie's to fashion boutiques, food sellers and software marketplaces. This Actor reads any WooCommerce store and returns its products: name, SKU, product type, the full and short descriptions as HTML and plain text, the current, regular and sale prices in the store's currency, whether the product is in stock, its average rating and review count, categories, tags, brands, every image, the product attributes (such as Size or Scent) and every variation. Paste a store's home page to get the whole catalog, a category page to get one category, a shop search to get matching products, or product URLs for specific items; there is no login, no API key, and no proxy to configure. Built for competitor price monitoring, product research, catalog migration, and e-commerce market analysis.

⚡ Quick start

{
"startUrls": [{ "url": "https://auntfannies.com/" }],
"maxItems": 5
}

🧩 Input

FieldTypeRequiredDefaultDescription
startUrlsarrayyes—WooCommerce store URLs: a store's home or shop page (whole catalog), a category page (…/product-category/<name>/, or the store's own category address), a shop search (…/?s=<words>&post_type=product), or a product page (…/product/<name>/). Any store domain works.
maxItemsintegerno—Maximum number of products per start URL. The input form starts at 5; leave it empty to get the whole store, category or search.
proxyConfigurationobjectno{ "useApifyProxy": false }Proxy settings. WooCommerce stores need no proxy; switch one on only if a store's firewall blocks the run.

Is a site on WooCommerce? Most WooCommerce stores have product pages under /product/<name>/ and category pages under /product-category/<name>/, and run on WordPress. Give the Actor any URL from the store; if the site is not a WooCommerce store, or the store has switched off its public product data, the run log says which and the run finishes without results.

📤 Output

Each product is one dataset row. Prices are in the store's own currency, in whole units (12.99 means 12.99, not cents).

💡 Use cases

  • Competitor price monitoring — track prices, sales and regular prices across the WooCommerce stores you compete with, and catch every discount.
  • Stock tracking — see which products sell out and when they come back.
  • Product research — find what a brand sells, how it prices it, and how shoppers rate it.
  • Catalog migration and feeds — export a store's full catalog, with SKUs, attributes, variations and images, into another platform or a product feed.
  • Market analysis — compare assortments, categories and price bands across many stores in a niche.

❓ FAQ

  • Do I need an API key or a store account? No. The Actor reads the same public product data any shopper sees.
  • Do I need a proxy? No. It runs without one by default. A few stores sit behind a strict firewall; if the run log says the store blocked the request, switch on a proxy.
  • Does it work on every WooCommerce store? It works on stores that share WooCommerce's standard public product data, which is the large majority. A store that has switched it off, or a WordPress site without a WooCommerce shop, is reported in the run log instead of returning partial results.
  • My store's category pages are not under /product-category/. Will they work? Yes. Stores often rename that part of the address (for example /shop/<category>/); the Actor matches any category page against the store's own categories.
  • Why is salePrice empty? The product is not on sale.
  • Why do variations show only some sizes? The store chooses which variations to show, and many hide the sold-out ones.
  • Can I scrape many stores at once? Yes. Add one URL per store, category or search to startUrls; maxItems applies to each one separately.
