As indicated from my message, this is indeed a temporary error. So far it happened 2 out of ~680 runs (around 0.3%).
So it is a low priority bug, but definitely a bug... The only reproduction steps I can provide are to try it several thousand times... but probably your code can be improved to avoid such cases.

We've investigated this and seems like it is happening very rarely because of TikTok. I've created a ticket on our system and we will tackle this soon!
