Crawling takes a long time when there is no data

I tried to fetch data from @divineoutcas for 5 minutes but got nothing. Why does it take so long when there is no data?

Hi!

It looks like your run was affected by an outage yesterday, so all 10 requests to get profile details failed with timeout, and cumulative timeouts caused such an unusual delay.
