Hi,
Traditionally the Instagram Reel Scraper displays the Instagram and Facebook viewership for each Reel, which is the number publicly displayed on each thumbnail in the Reels section of every profile on Instagram.
Now I am finding cases where certain profiles do not report the number correctly. Have you guys looked into this yet?

It looks like https://www.instagram.com/macridemore uses auto cross-posting, which is why you're getting videoPlayCount as on Facebook.
Will check in the deeper details, for right now no other counters found for the https://www.instagram.com/avcrig

We’ve temporarily unlocked access to multiple properties that were previously inaccessible. Shares are available in Instagram profile mentions as reshareCount Other Facebook counters (yup, Facebook for Instagram scraping) are also available in the same dataset as Instagram counters as fbPlayCount and fbLikeCount. Most likely, due to cross posting.
These values are unstable and may change or disappear at any time, so we recommend using them while they’re available.
