if I take Sophie Rain's account as an example, when I scrap her last 5 Reels, she misses the last Reels, so I scrap older Reels.

See sample run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/v4V8P9GPYBynbSjtz - all 5 reels are recent as in https://www.instagram.com/sophieraiin/reels/ but ordering is a bit inaccurate because actor saving reel details as soon as the reel opened
Please use some external tool or integration to sort reels by date, then you will see accurate ordering.
