One of our customers can't scrape his profile ( https://www.instagram.com/made_company_almaty) – we're getting error that the profile is restricted. In the detailed logs we are getting the reason for restriction: You must be 13 years old or over to see this profile

It is a known issue when the audience is limited, usually by Instagram Community Standards (or the profile admin chooses the audience).
For such profiles, only limited details are available, and none of the related posts might be scraped.
