For https://www.instagram.com/birmingham.city/ latest public post is https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2YdpOxC5kl/ from 22 of Jan, in your input you defined "onlyPostsNewerThan": "2024-06-28" so no public posts newer than specified date. For other cases please check in incognito browser (without Instagram login) to see if there is really new posts missed. Otherwise actor works as expected.
