How can I get results from a specific country

Hi, I am using search terms to scrap profiles. But a lot of the profiles seem to be in Spanish. What is the best way for me to scrape profiles from the U.S only?
Hi!
Please try another run with country added to search term in a same way as its valid for google search: "TERM in USA" where TERM is your keyword. Or even try multiple runs per state or city, i.e. "TERM in Florida" or "TERM in Tampa" etc
