Understanding the meaning of isSponsored:True

I am trying to scrape Reels for a hashtag. See Run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/Lc5sRugYPWTjWFvRm
In the output, all the results have the isSponsored field set to True. Do you what does this mean? Are all these reels sponsored content?

Thanks. Is there anything in the scraper API which prefers to return the reels which are sponsored content or I should be able to get non-sponsored content as well if I scrape more data?
Sponsored content is the posts advertised on the Meta platform(s), see https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/?active_status=active&ad_type=all&country=TH&id=712231741484658&is_targeted_country=false&media_type=all&search_type=page&view_all_page_id=100850761289404
Depending on the settings in the ad campaign, the sponsored post is displayed to the targeted audience. For example, the ad above is displayed as https://www.instagram.com/p/DJ3fQCBgdSf/ randomly in the Instagram feed but not in the https://www.instagram.com/gomagic.official/ profile itself
See the screens attached: Sponsored post https://www.instagram.com/p/DJ3fQCBgdSf/ not marked as such when opened directly (not from the place where it was advertised). In the profile, it is not displayed between https://www.instagram.com/p/DJ6ZUyPIeCq/ and https://www.instagram.com/p/DJy5BzWIkLo
