Unexpected Overuse Due to ResultsLimit Misconfiguration — Request for Credit refund

Hello,
I'm opening this issue following a conversation with Apify support (ref. message from Lis), who advised me to report it here.
I recently launched an actor run using my usual workflow, with 710 inputs and the intent of limiting each input to 1 result per URL, just like in all my previous batches. However, this specific run unexpectedly generated over 130,000 results, resulting in a charge of approximately $300.
After reviewing with support, I’ve been informed that the ResultsLimit parameter was somehow set to 200, which is not what I intended nor what I normally use. All my other runs consistently use ResultsLimit: 1, and I did not knowingly modify this parameter for this run.
This appears to be a misconfiguration or a glitch that occurred unintentionally, and I would sincerely appreciate if this could be reviewed as an honest error. I’m therefore requesting a credit refund for this run, which doesn’t reflect my intended usage or history on the platform.
