the problem is most of the results are from the brand tagging itself out of 50 I only got 2 that were other profiles. Is there a way to EXCLUDE the profile you searched on from coming back in the results?

No direct way, please filter out unwanted results by exporting the dataset as CSV to Excel or other tools.
