Please check the related profiles on the Instagram web app. Do mind that not all tagged posts are listed there; Instagram internally chooses some of them and also creates an order by relevance (it might look in some cases like sorting by time, but in fact, it's not; if you check multiple profiles, you will see what I mean).
To summarize, please check posts in the profiles tagged section in the Instagram web app. If you find a public post that appears in the tagged section but is missed for scraping, please share the run and add the missing post URL.

Sounds like a misunderstanding: despite naming the data feed from the "tagged" profile section, not with mentions by "@" in the post text.
So https://www.instagram.com/p/DFiA711sDej/ does not have any tagged users and for https://www.instagram.com/p/DFhfnKNMNIV/ the "tagged" users are different from "mentions".

Not at the moment, https://transparency.meta.com/en-gb/researchtools/other-datasets/crowdtangle/ was good but they shut it down and so far no alternative has been found.
