After successful Web scraper run pinecone integration run is initiated, and it constantly fails. I have correctly put in my API keys and indexes, under metadata_fields I’ve stated { “url”: “site.url” } and under fields I’ve stated “site.url” I don’t understand why Pinecone integration is failing to run.
