Pythia · Reddit Search — Brand & Community Intel
Search Reddit threads, posts, and comments by query — across r/all or a chosen subreddit. Reddit is where customers complain, competitors get reviewed, and tech-stack adoption gets discussed publicly.
What it does
Each query returns matching threads with title, score, comments, posted_at, subreddit, author, permalink. Use for brand monitoring, market discovery, support-issue surveillance.
Quick example
Input:
{ "queries": ["Anthropic", "Claude AI"], "subreddit": "MachineLearning", "since_days": 30 }
Output: Per matching thread — title, subreddit, score, author, posted_at, comment count, permalink, snippet of body.
Use cases
- Brand monitoring — Track every mention of your product in real time
- BD prospecting — Find buyers complaining about competitors in your category
- Pain-point discovery — Mine subreddits for unmet need signals
Pricing
$0.02 per actor start + $0.03 per thread. Most queries return 10–100 threads.
Limitations
Reddit search API throttled to ~60 req/min, this actor backs off automatically. r/all search only; private subreddits inaccessible.
