First build: Idealista homes and every other property type for sale and rent in Spain (idealista.com), Italy (idealista.it) and Portugal (idealista.pt), one row per ad. Inputs: search links of the three sites (multi area, drawn area and map pin links included), place names and Spanish and Italian postal codes, map areas and circles, a whole country by province, ad ids and links, holiday rental links, development links with their units, agencies, and an earlier dataset; Idealista's own filters as settings plus any field of its search forms, and its own orders. Searches holding more than Idealista's 1,800 ads are read in price bands. Add-ons billed only when they deliver: Listing details (the full ad page), Phone numbers, Map position, Agencies (the office phone free), description translations. Portugal is read through a real browser and pays one Portugal session fee per run. A free coverage row with a price summary per search, and a free row for every miss, repeat and refusal. Private advertisers' dedicated fields (name, street, exact position, link, contacts in the text) behind includePersonalData, off by default; titles and descriptions delivered as served. Seller type: professionals everywhere; private sellers on Spanish and Italian rooms and on every Italian search (Idealista's private first order). On premises for rent and business transfers the price filter is Idealista's own.
