Open = still in the legal window (defense attorneys). Closed = settled/adjudicated (safety consultants).

Optional. Type the minimum number of employees at the cited site. Larger employers are far more likely to have a website (higher enrichment rate). Leave blank for no minimum. Rows with no reported employee count are dropped when a minimum is set.
On (default): drop sole-proprietor person names and junk, so every row is a real, enrichable company. Off: include one-person businesses listed under the owner's name.
