🏑 Real Estate Agent & Agency Lead Scraper

Returns the real estate agents, brokers and agencies of any city with the contact details their own websites publish. Give it "real estate agents" and "Miami, FL": it finds them on Google Maps, reads each one's website and returns one row per agent or agency with primary email, every email found, phone, address, rating, reviews, an agent-or-agency label and a lead score. No Google login, no API key.

Price: $10.00 per 1,000 leads on the Apify Free plan, plus $20.00 per 1,000 leads that come with an email. A lead without an email costs the base price only, and with requireEmail it is not saved or charged at all. Export to JSON, CSV or Excel, run on a schedule, call via API, or connect to Make, Zapier or n8n.

πŸ”Ž What is the Real Estate Agent & Agency Lead Scraper?

Finding realtors is easy; their email is the hard part, because Google Maps lists a phone and a website and nothing else. This Actor does both steps. It reads Google Maps without a browser, then opens up to ten pages of each agent's website side by side: home page, contact, about, team and, on German sites, Impressum.

In a test of 60 agents in Miami, 30 websites published an email and the run took 45 seconds. Of 21 Immobilienmakler in Berlin, 20 had one: a German imprint has to name an email address.

It reads past the roughly 200 places one Google list holds by searching the map of your city in tiles, and keeps to the city's boundary.

What data does it extract?

  • Agent or agency: name, address, Google Maps categories and a label agent or agency
  • Emails: the primary email, and every email found with the page it stood on and a confidence value
  • Phones: the number on Google Maps, plus all numbers from Maps and the website in international form
  • Website and its domain, social profiles linked from it
  • Reputation: rating, number of reviews, lead score from 0 to 100
  • Location: street, city, state, postal code, country code, coordinates
  • Identifiers: place id and Google Maps link, the search query and location that found the lead

email_confidence is 95 for an address on the agency's own domain that stands in the imprint, 90 for one elsewhere on its site, 75 for an address on another domain whose mail server exists, 55 otherwise. listing_type is agency when the name or the categories carry words such as Realty, Group, Properties, LLC, GmbH or "agency", otherwise agent. A row also has opening hours, the "About" attributes, a description and the main photo of the Maps record.

πŸ’° What a run costs

Apify planPer 1,000 leadsPer 1,000 leads with an email, in addition
Free$10.00$20.00
Bronze$9.00$18.00
Silver$8.50$17.00
Gold$8.00$16.00
Platinum$7.50$15.00
Diamond$7.00$14.00

Apify's standard start event ($0.00005 per GB of memory) is the only other charge. The email charge is made for a lead whose website publishes an address, once per lead however many addresses it has. Not charged: a lead without an email when requireEmail is on, a lead a filter drops, a place outside the city boundary, and a lead already delivered in only-new mode.

⏱️ Measured on Apify (October 4, 2026)

RunLeadsWith emailTime
Three agents in Austin, TX3310 s
Real estate agents in Miami, FL603045 s
Immobilienmakler in Berlin, only those with an email (21 read)202026 s
Two agency websites without Google Maps215 s

A run of 60 agents in Denver that was aborted after 18 seconds and resurrected ended with 60 rows, none of them twice, and 32 email charges for its 32 leads with an email. All at 2 GB of memory, the default.

πŸ”” Only new leads

Turn on onlyNew and give the run a monitorId. Every lead a run saves is remembered under that name, and later runs skip it. Use it to work through a large market in several runs, or on a schedule to get the agencies that appear after a first complete run. The memory is a key-value store named real-estate-agent-lead-monitor in your own account.

πŸ€– For AI agents

Smallest useful call:

{"query": "real estate agents", "location": "Austin, TX", "maxResults": 20, "requireEmail": true}

Each row is one agent or agency with name, listing_type, primary_email, emails, phone, website, address, rating, review_count and lead_score. queries, locations and websites take several entries. A search without results returns no rows and the status message says why. No credentials are needed.

πŸ’‘ Use cases

  • 🏒 Selling to realtors: CRM and software vendors, mortgage, title and insurance services building agent lists by city.
  • πŸ“Έ Real estate services: photographers, stagers, drone and video teams reaching local agencies.
  • πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Recruiting: brokerages and teams looking for agents to hire, by market.
  • πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ German-speaking markets: Makler in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where the imprint names an email.

⚠️ Limits, stated plainly

  • Not every agent publishes an email. In the tests here it was 30 of 60 in Miami, 32 of 60 in Denver and 20 of 21 in Berlin. Many US agents use a contact form. requireEmail keeps leads without an email out of your dataset and your bill.
  • Only what the website shows. No guessed addresses such as info@, no emails from portals or social networks. An agent without a website has the Maps phone and no email.
  • Up to ten pages per website, each given ten seconds. An address on another page, behind a click or drawn as an image is not found.
  • No delivery check. The Actor looks up whether the email's domain has a mail server, which decides the confidence value; it does not test the mailbox.
  • The label agent or agency is read from words in the name and the categories. A one-person "Smith Realty" is labelled an agency.
  • Google decides which places a search finds, and the city boundary is OpenStreetMap's, simplified to about 100 metres.

❓ FAQ

Do I need a Google account or API key? No.

How many leads come with an email? About half of US agents in the tests, nearly all German Makler. Turn on requireEmail to pay only for leads with one.

What changed for users of the earlier version? The eighteen fields it returned are still there under the same names and in the same order, followed by more of the place's Maps record. The run no longer opens a browser and needs 2 GB of memory instead of 4 GB, and it is no longer limited to 200 leads. Addresses that were only guessed (info@, kontakt@) are no longer returned or charged; enableSmtpVerification is ignored, because Apify's servers cannot reach mail servers. The prices are the same.

Can I get only leads with an email? Yes, with requireEmail.

Does it stay inside my city? Yes, when OpenStreetMap has a boundary for the name you gave. Every row also has city, state and postal code.

Does it work outside the United States? Yes, wherever Google Maps lists agents. Search in the local language (Immobilienmakler, agence immobilière, inmobiliaria) and set language and countryCode.

What happens with a spending limit or a short timeout? The run stops cleanly when your maximum charge is used up or shortly before its timeout. The leads saved up to that point stay in the dataset and the status message says where it stopped.

How do I call it from code? With the Apify API or the Python and JavaScript clients; every run returns a dataset you can fetch as JSON or CSV. It also works as a tool through Apify's MCP server.

Is it legal? The Actor reads business contact details that agents and agencies publish themselves. The email address of a named agent is personal data: GDPR, CCPA and similar rules apply to how you store and use it, and CAN-SPAM, the German UWG and other local rules decide whether you may write to it without consent.
