Your proxy configuration looks off to me. Try this
"proxyConfig": { "useApifyProxy": true, "apifyProxyGroups": [ "StaticUS3" ] },
Notes
- You may need to message APIFY to enable proxies
- Recommend a static proxy - residential proxies do not work
- Replace StaticUS3 with your proxy group if your proxy is different
