The offset of the comments you want to get. Returned comments will be in posted time order. Older comments will have smaller cursor offset. Start from 1. If not given, return oldest or newest comments according to direction. For replies, this number shuold always be multiplies of 20.
The direction of comments. 1 for new-to-old comments, 2 for old-to-new comments. Defaults to 2. Works for root comments only (not replies, replies are always in old-to-new order).
