Each summary row ("type": "summary") has storeRating, storeRatingCount, reviewsCollected, averageRating, starCounts, repliedShare, oldestReview, newestReview and topComplaintWords. Filter the dataset by type to get one or the other.

Limits you should know

The App Store public review feed returns at most the 500 most recent reviews per country (or the 500 most helpful). Add more countries to get more. Google Play has no such limit.
App Store reviews have a title; Google Play reviews have developer replies. Missing fields are null.
Name search takes the best match. Check matchedBy in the run summary, or use store links to be exact.
