Fixed: choosing Arabic, Chinese or Russian on a country site that does not offer that language failed the run. Those runs now fall back to English.

Fixed: an agency filter with a brand name (e.g. "Betterhomes") returned no listings, because the brand's main account has none of its own. It now covers every branch of the brand.
Added: filters for agent, agency and developer. Type a name (an agency name matches all its branches), a Bayut id, or paste the agent or company profile URL. Agent names can be looked up on Bayut UAE and Saudi Arabia; a name that matches nothing stops the run and says which one.
Added: agentEmail (with agentId) for listings on Bayut UAE and Saudi Arabia, on by default (includeAgentEmail).
Added: developerName and developerId for listings in a developer's project.
Added: Dubai Land Department link fields dldBuildingId, dldPropertyId, dldHasSaleTransactions and dldHasRentTransactions, where Bayut publishes them (mostly Dubai).
Fixed: a city from another Bayut country (e.g. Riyadh, Doha, Muscat, Amman or Jeddah on the UAE site) no longer resolves to an unrelated UAE building or area. The run now stops and suggests the country site that has it.
Fixed: a single listing URL (e.g. https://www.bayut.com/property/details-12345678.html, the same URL every result carries in url) was rejected as unrecognized. Listing URLs from any Bayut country site, including /ar/ and /en/ paths, now return that listing's full record. A listing that has been sold, rented or removed is reported by URL in the run status.
Fixed: amenities came back empty on every listing; it is filled again.
Fixed: a location that does not exist on the selected Bayut site no longer searches the whole country. The run now stops and names the location, with the closest matching names (and the country site it belongs to, if it is on another one) as suggestions.
Fixed: a radius search (latitude, longitude and radius) now returns listings inside the radius from the first page on, and works on its own without a location name.
Added: filters for maximum bedrooms and bathrooms, minimum and maximum size (sqft), posted within the last N days, verified listings only, TruBroker agents only, off-plan new vs resale, has video, has 360 tour, has floor plan, and required amenities. They also apply to pasted search URLs.
Added: output fields completionDate, offplanSaleType, occupancyStatus and agentIsTruBroker.
Fixed: a run with a low maximum cost per run now stops at the number of results that cost pays for and ends successfully, instead of collecting more and being aborted at the limit.
