What does Computrabajo Scraper do?

Computrabajo Scraper extracts structured job data from computrabajo.com — including salary data, apply URLs, company metadata, and full descriptions. It supports keyword search, location filters, and controllable result limits, so you can run the same query consistently over time. The actor also offers detail enrichment (full descriptions and company metadata) where the source provides them.

Key features

  • 🔔 Notifications: Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp Cloud API, and generic webhook out of the box. Pair with incremental for daily new-listing alerts without pipeline glue.
  • 🔗 Paste-mode: paste any computrabajo URL straight from your browser — single-listing pages, search-results URLs, or category SEO URLs. Mix freely with keyword and IDs in the same run; results dedupe by ID.
  • 📋 Detail enrichment: toggle two-stage scraping: first collect listings, then enrich each with full description + detail-page-only fields. Off by default to keep runs fast; flip on when you need the deep payload.
  • 📧 Email + phone extraction: best-effort regex extraction of contact emails and phone numbers from descriptions — emitted as extractedEmails[] and extractedPhones[] on every record.
  • 🔗 URL + social-profile extraction: every record carries extractedUrls[] plus a structured socialProfiles { linkedin, twitter, instagram, facebook, youtube, tiktok, github, xing } parsed from the description.
  • 📦 Compact mode: AI-agent and MCP-friendly payloads with core fields only.
  • ✂️ Description truncation: cap description length with descriptionMaxLength to control LLM prompt cost and dataset size — set 0 for full descriptions, or any char-limit to trim.
  • 📌 Change classification: each record carries a changeType of NEW / UPDATED / UNCHANGED / REAPPEARED / EXPIRED. Default emits NEW + UPDATED + REAPPEARED; opt into the others with emitUnchanged / emitExpired.
  • 🔌 MCP connectors: export your results into Notion via Apify's MCP connectors — a clean run-summary page, no glue code. Opt-in via the App connector field; deterministic field-mapping, no AI. Built on Apify's connector framework, so more destinations open up as their catalog grows.
  • 📝 Description format selection: pick a single description representation — text, html, or markdown — and the unused variants are dropped from each record. Halves payload size when your pipeline only consumes one format.
  • ♻️ Incremental mode: recurring runs emit and charge only for listings that are new or whose tracked content changed. First run builds the baseline; subsequent runs emit only NEW / UPDATED / REAPPEARED records (UNCHANGED + EXPIRED opt-in). Saves 80–95% on daily monitoring.

What data can you extract from computrabajo.com?

Each result includes Core job fields (jobId, jobKey, url, portalUrl, title, location, city, and region, and more), detail fields when enrichment is enabled (description, descriptionText, descriptionHtml, descriptionMarkdown, and detailFetched), apply information (applyUrl), and company metadata (company, companyUrl, companyId, and companyRating). In standard mode, all fields are always present — unavailable data points are returned as null, never omitted. In compact mode, only core fields are returned.

Enable detail enrichment in the input to get richer fields such as full descriptions and company metadata where the source provides them.

Input

The main inputs are a search keyword, an optional location filter, and a result limit. Additional filters and options are available in the input schema.

Key parameters:

  • query — Job keywords to search, e.g. ventas, atención a cliente, chofer, contador. Leave empty and set a Location to browse every job in that place.
  • startUrls — Paste Computrabajo search pages, company boards or category pages, e.g. https://mx.computrabajo.com/trabajo-de-ventas. Each URL is followed through its own pages, and results from all URLs are merged and de-duplicated. Any filters already in the URL are kept. When you supply URLs here they replace the Search Term and Location fields. Direct links to a single job are not search pages and are skipped. (default: [])
  • jobUrls — Paste links to individual Computrabajo job pages, e.g. https://mx.computrabajo.com/ofertas-de-trabajo/oferta-de-trabajo-de-.... Each one is fetched directly with no search. Use this when you already know the jobs you want; use Start URLs for a whole results page. (default: [])
  • country — Which Computrabajo country portal to search. (default: "mx")
  • countries — Search several Computrabajo portals in one run. Leave empty to use just the single Country above. Results from every portal are merged and de-duplicated, and each job keeps its own country and local currency. (default: [])
  • location — City, state or region to narrow the search, e.g. Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires. Leave empty to search the whole country.
  • maxDaysOld — Limit results to jobs published within this many days, e.g. 1 for today, 7 for the past week. Leave empty for all jobs regardless of age.
  • salaryBand — Only jobs whose advertised salary is in this band, using Computrabajo's own salary filter. Leave empty for any salary. Jobs that do not state a salary are excluded by the site when this is set.
  • sortBy — How Computrabajo orders the results before they are collected. Newest first matters most when you cap the number of results — it decides which jobs you get, not just their order. (default: "relevance")
  • autoPartition — Computrabajo stops paging a search after about 9,980 results, so a broad search cannot return everything however high you set the max. Turn this on and a search that hits the limit is automatically split by region and each region collected separately, then merged and de-duplicated, which reaches jobs a single search cannot. Off by default. (default: false)
  • maxResults — Maximum rows for the whole run. Computrabajo stops paging a single search at about 9,980 results — to go past that, narrow the search (add a location or a recency window), search several countries, or turn on "Reach past the site's result limit". Runs above ~10,000 rows may need the run timeout raised. (default: 25)
  • includeDetails — Fetch each job's own page for the full description, contract type, work schedule, work mode and the requirements (education, experience, age, licences, travel). This is most of what a run costs — about 12x the data of the results pages alone — so turn it off for a fast, cheap listing of title, company, location, salary and posted date. (default: true)
  • ...and 23 more parameters

→ First run builds the baseline state. Subsequent runs emit only records that are new or whose tracked content changed. Set emitUnchanged: true to include unchanged records as well.

{
"query": "ventas",
"maxResults": 200,
"incrementalMode": true,
"stateKey": "ventas-tracker"

How much does it cost to scrape computrabajo.com?

Computrabajo Scraper uses pay-per-event pricing. You pay a small fee when the run starts and then for each result that is actually produced.

  • Run start: $0.0005 per run
  • Per result: $0.00125 per job record

Example costs:

  • 10 results: $0.013
  • 25 results: $0.032
  • 100 results: $0.13
  • 200 results: $0.25
  • 500 results: $0.63

Example: recurring monitoring savings

These examples compare full re-scrapes with incremental runs at different churn rates. Churn is the share of jobs that are new or whose tracked content changed since the previous run. Actual churn depends on your query breadth, source activity, and polling frequency — the scenarios below are examples, not predictions.

Example setup: 100 jobs per run, daily polling (30 runs/month). Costs scale linearly with the number of jobs.

Churn rateFull re-scrape run costIncremental run costSavings vs full re-scrapeMonthly cost after baseline
5% — stable niche query$0.13$0.00675$0.12 (95%)$0.20
15% — moderate broad query$0.13$0.02$0.11 (85%)$0.58
30% — high-volume aggregator$0.13$0.04$0.09 (70%)$1.14

Full re-scrape monthly cost at the same cadence: $3.77. First month with incremental costs $0.32 / $0.68 / $1.23 for the 5% / 15% / 30% scenarios because the first run builds baseline state at full cost before incremental savings apply.

Platform usage is included in the per-result fee shown above.
