Price cut: $0.50 per 1,000 listings (was $0.90). Cheaper than every
maintained competitor on every Apify plan tier. From 20 September that is also
the all-in price — Apify platform usage will be included rather than billed to
you on top.
Search filters. Narrow by price, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, land size
and property type, exclude listings already under offer, choose the sort order,
and widen the search to neighbouring suburbs. Domain applies them itself, so a
filtered run only fetches — and only bills — matching listings. Every filter was
checked against the live site before shipping; the one that could not be shown to
apply was left out.

Fixes
- Results came back in the wrong order. Sorting by price, date or suburb had no
visible effect, and a capped run returned the oldest listings rather than the
top of the search.
- Land size from the detail page was always empty, and sold searches used a path
Domain no longer serves, so they returned nothing.
- Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp and webhook alerts are actually sent, and
carry the property's address, agency, price and link. Removals are announced
too.
maxResults is honoured with removal reporting switched on; a run asking for
25 listings could previously return — and bill — the whole search.
- Scheduled runs no longer re-examine only the first page of results: a new or
re-priced listing further down the search is found again.
- A pasted listing URL is read as that one property. It used to be run through
the search parser, which returned the page's "recommended properties" as if
they were results, all labelled as for sale.
- Listings pasted by URL now carry GPS coordinates, and a rental or sold URL is
labelled from the URL rather than the run's default.
skipReposts detects relisted properties; it previously matched nothing.
- A search that empties out reports its last listings as removed instead of
quietly succeeding with nothing.
- A radius search delivers the number of listings you asked for, instead of
however many of the first page fell inside the circle.
- Agent profile links pointed at a page that does not exist.
- Two runs of the same scheduled task can no longer overlap and deliver the same
changes twice.
- Reordering the locations in a multi-location search no longer looks like a
brand-new search.
- Large runs are lighter on memory, and one run's scan is bounded so it cannot
exhaust the machine.
One-time note for incremental users. Change tracking now keys on the search
filters as well as the location. An existing unfiltered task keeps its history;
a task that sets filters, a radius, or a rent/sold search starts a fresh
baseline and reports its listings as new once.
