What data can you extract from Elpris?

Each result includes Core product fields (recordId, productId, productVariantId, productName, productType, billingType, supplierName, and supplierCvr, and more), extended fields (description), and company metadata (gridCompanyName). In standard mode, all fields are always present — unavailable data points are returned as null, never omitted. In compact mode, only core fields are returned.
