How it works

We read each business's most recent reviews, compare the last 90 days' average against its historical average, and keep only businesses whose recent average dropped by your threshold (default −0.4 stars) with enough recent reviews to trust the signal (default 5+).

What you get (per business)

Name, address, phone, website, Google Maps URL, overall rating, 90-day average vs historical average, the decline delta, recent negative review count, the worst recent review (date + text — your opening line), and a 0-100 Emergency Score.

Scan "restaurants in Chicago, IL" → every restaurant whose recent reviews average 0.4+ stars below their history → export to CSV, Make, n8n, Zapier.
