It is built for short-term rental hosts, property managers and analysts who need Airbnb price monitoring and market data without copying pages by hand. What can this Actor do?

• Search any city or area and collect the listings Airbnb shows publicly: title, price, rating, number of reviews, approximate coordinates and badges.

How to use it

1. Click Try for free and open the Input tab.

How much does it cost?

This Actor uses pay per event pricing: one result event per listing returned, so 1,000 listings cost 1,000 events at the price shown in the Pricing tab, below the price of the leading Airbnb scraper. Nothing is charged for listings that are not returned.

FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Airbnb?

The Actor collects only publicly visible data and never logs in. You are responsible for lawful use, including the GDPR: reviews show first names, so process them accordingly and respect Airbnb's terms.

Why are some fields empty?

Airbnb changes its pages often and shows different details by market. Missing fields are returned as null or empty lists. Turn off Fetch amenities and reviews to run faster.

Does it bypass captchas or private data?

No. It does not solve captchas, use accounts or access private content. If Airbnb blocks a request, the Actor logs it and moves on.
