• the live hot list (快手热榜): rank, topic, heat ("1248.1万" and as a number) and the topic's videos;

• the creator of every video: name, verified badge, follower count (粉丝), following and number of videos;

How fast is it?

On the Apify platform:

• 10 hot topics, 10 videos and 42 comments took 48 seconds;

Videos are fetched 6 at a time. The data is light, about 10 KB per video.

How to scrape Kuaishou

The hot list and its videos (the default):

A deleted or private video doesn't fail the run. It is skipped, and the run's status message says how many weren't found.

Search and creator videos with your own cookie (beta)

Kuaishou shows keyword search and creator video lists only to logged-in users; logged-out visitors get a captcha. This actor never solves or bypasses captchas. Instead, you can let it use your own logged-in session:

1. Log in to kuaishou.com in your browser.
2. Open the developer tools (F12) and go to Network. Reload the page, click any request to www.kuaishou.com, and copy the whole Cookie request header.
3. Paste it into Your Kuaishou cookie. It's stored as secret input and used only for your run.
4. Add Search keywords (for example 美食) and/or Creator profiles (https://www.kuaishou.com/profile/3x…).

The cookie is only used to list the video IDs. Every video is then read through the same no-login route as above, so you get the full record.

Beta: this part hasn't been tested with a real account yet. If Kuaishou asks your account for a captcha or rejects the cookie, the run still delivers everything else, and its status message tells you what to do (usually: open kuaishou.com, pass the check, and copy a fresh cookie). Use an account you're comfortable using for this.

FAQ

Do I need a Kuaishou account? No, not for the hot list, video details or comments. Search and creator video lists need your own cookie (see above).

Does it solve captchas? No. It uses only what Kuaishou serves without a captcha. The cookie features use your own logged-in session.

What is the heat number? Kuaishou's own popularity score for a hot topic, shown like "1248.1万" (12.48 million). heat is the same value as a number; the pinned #1 topic has none.

Is Kwai the same as Kuaishou? Kwai is Kuaishou's international app (Brazil, Latin America, the Middle East), with separate content. This actor covers the Chinese app, Kuaishou (快手).

Why is a video missing? Deleted, private or under-review videos are skipped and counted in the status message as "not found".

Is this an official Kuaishou product? No. This is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kuaishou or Kwai.

Is it legal? It reads publicly visible data. You are responsible for how you use it and for following Kuaishou's terms and the data-protection laws that apply to you, especially for commenters' data.
