Instahyre Jobs Scraper – India tech jobs with full descriptions, experience range and company (2026)
Get Instahyre job listings from search queries (a skill or a job title) or Instahyre job links: title, company, cities, minimum and maximum years of experience, skills, category and job functions, the full job description (plain text and HTML), internship and active flags, and the company profile (tagline, description, founding year, size, logo). Filter by city (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Work From Home...), your years of experience (0 for freshers), full-time or internship, company size and job function. No browser, no login: you pay only for the jobs you get.
Why use this Instahyre scraper
- Full job description in the job price: no extra "detail" or "enrichment" event. Description, experience range, category and functions were filled for 100% of the jobs in our cloud tests of 20 October 2026.
- Measured on the Apify cloud: 33 out of 33 test runs on 20 October 2026 (eleven inputs, three runs each, 512 MB) succeeded and returned 960 jobs in total, with no duplicate jobs in any run. Every input returned the same number of jobs in all three repetitions.
- City spellings understood:
Remote(orWFH) is read as Instahyre's "Work From Home",Bengaluruas Bangalore,Gurugramas Gurgaon, andBombayandNew Delhias Mumbai and Delhi. In our runs apythonsearch withRemote,BengaluruorGurugramreturned 20 jobs out of 20 in every run, each listing the matching city (Work From Home, Bangalore, Gurgaon). A city the Actor does not recognize (we tried "Atlantis") stops at once with a freeinvalid_inputrow (1.2 to 2.2 seconds) instead of reading hundreds of pages. - Jobs of one company: set Companies to the exact Instahyre name (for example
Nineleaps) and Instahyre itself filters the search. - Listing pages: paste a page of the site such as
https://www.instahyre.com/python-jobs-in-bangalore/in Instahyre job links. It is read as a search forpythonin Bangalore. Only skill pages like this are read as searches: other pages of the site (for example/search-jobs/or/about/) give a freeinvalid_inputrow, so paste the skill as Search queries and the city as Location. - Filters checked on the data: in our runs every job of a Bangalore search lists Bangalore (50 jobs in each of 3 runs of a Task) and every job of a "Work From Home" search lists Work From Home (60 jobs in each of 3 runs; 27 to 36 seconds). The experience filter is Instahyre's own: the freshers Task returned 29 jobs in each of its 3 runs.
- Whole searches: set Max jobs per search to
0and the Actor reads every job Instahyre lists for the search. - No personal data: jobs and companies only. Instahyre's recruiter name and photo are left out on purpose.
- You pay only for jobs. Searches with no results, wrong links and errors are free status rows; duplicates are removed.
How to use Instahyre Jobs Scraper
- Write one or more search queries (a skill or a job title, as in Instahyre's search box), paste Instahyre job links (
https://www.instahyre.com/job-...) to read single jobs, or paste a listing page of the site (https://www.instahyre.com/python-jobs-in-bangalore/), which is read as a search for that skill in that city. - Optionally set the filters: Companies, Location, Your years of experience, Job type, Company size, Job function. They apply to every search query. With Companies and no search query you get the jobs of those companies, up to Max jobs per search (50 by default); set it to
0to get every job of a company that has more than 50. - Set Max jobs per search (default 50,
0= all) and, if you want, Max jobs in total. - Click Start. In our runs a search of 50 jobs without a city took 8.1 to 10.1 seconds, and with the city Bangalore 10.2 to 11 seconds; 20 jobs for
Bengalurutook 4.3 to 4.7 seconds and 20 jobs forGurugram11.5 to 12.2 seconds. Instahyre has no city filter, so the Actor reads pages and keeps the matching jobs, and a city with fewer jobs is slower: 60 "Work From Home" jobs took 27 to 36 seconds, and 20 jobs forRemote12.8 to 18.2 seconds. A city name the Actor does not know is refused in about 2 seconds. - Download the results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the Apify API.
Input
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Search queries | One Instahyre job search per line, e.g. python, data analyst, product manager. |
| Instahyre job links | Single job pages, e.g. https://www.instahyre.com/job-439850-python-engineer-at-nineleaps-2-bangalore/, or listing pages such as https://www.instahyre.com/python-jobs-in-bangalore/ (read as a search for python with the location Bangalore; the filters below apply too). Other Instahyre pages give a free invalid_input row: use Search queries and Location instead. |
| Companies | Only jobs of these companies, one per line, written exactly as on Instahyre (Nineleaps, Zeta; capital letters count). Instahyre applies the filter itself. With no search query you get the jobs of these companies up to Max jobs per search (set it to 0 for all). A name Instahyre does not know gives a free error row. |
| Location | Only jobs in this city (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Work From Home...). Common spellings work: Remote or WFH = Work From Home, Bengaluru = Bangalore, Gurugram = Gurgaon, Bombay = Mumbai, New Delhi = Delhi; several cities can be separated by commas. A city the Actor does not recognize gives a free invalid_input row at once, with examples of valid names. Instahyre's public search has no city filter, so the Actor keeps the jobs whose cities contain your text and checks up to 5,000 jobs per search. |
| Your years of experience | Instahyre's own experience filter (0 = jobs for freshers); check experienceMinYears and experienceMaxYears on each row if you need an exact range. |
| Job type | Full-time or internship. |
| Company size | Small, medium or large, as Instahyre groups companies. |
| Job function | One of Instahyre's job functions (Backend Development, Data Science / Machine Learning, Sales...). |
| Max jobs per search | Default 50. 0 = every job Instahyre lists for the search. |
| Max jobs in total | Stop the whole run after this many jobs. |
Example input (filters):
{"searchQueries": ["python"],"location": "Bangalore","maxItemsPerSource": 50}
Output example
One row per job (a real row from a cloud run of 19 October 2026; descriptions shortened here):
{"title": "Python Engineer","company": "Nineleaps","locations": ["Bangalore", "Hyderabad"],"experienceMinYears": 2,"experienceMaxYears": 4,"skills": ["FastAPI", "MySQL", "PostgreSQL", "Python", "SQL"],"jobCategory": "Software Engineering","jobFunctions": ["Backend Development", "Full-Stack Development", "Other Software Development"],"description": "Responsibilities:\n\n- Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI.","descriptionHtml": "<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI.</li></ul>","isInternship": false,"isActive": true,"acceptsOtherCities": true,"companyTagline": "We build high performance solutions","companyDescription": "Nineleaps are enablers of Digital Transformation across industries, helping partner companies become future ready.","companyFounded": 2014,"companySize": 200,"companyLogoUrl": "https://media.instahyre.com/images/profile/base/employer/5003/dcac758458/nineleaps.webp","jobUrl": "https://www.instahyre.com/job-446412-python-engineer-at-nineleaps-2-bangalore-hyderabad/","id": "446412","source": "search: python","sourceType": "search","position": 1,"scrapedAt": "2026-10-19T08:54:21.921Z"}
Jobs read from a job link have no company tagline, description, founding year or size (Instahyre's job record does not carry them); everything else is the same. Instahyre's public data has no posting date, so there is no date field.
Rows that are not jobs have status and error and are free:
| status | Meaning |
|---|---|
no_results | Instahyre has no jobs for this search and these filters |
invalid_input | Not an Instahyre job link or listing page, or a filter value that does not exist |
error | Instahyre did not answer after every retry (rare); try again later |
Use cases
- Job boards and aggregators: import India tech jobs with full descriptions every day.
- Recruitment and HR analytics: see which companies hire for which skills, cities and experience levels.
- Skills research: count demand for a skill (Python, Golang, SQL) by city and seniority.
- Job seekers and alerts: schedule a search with your filters (freshers, Work From Home, your city) and compare the job
ids with the last run.
Pricing: how much does it cost to scrape Instahyre?
Pay per event, only for jobs you get. The full description is included:
| Apify plan | Price per job | 1,000 jobs cost about |
|---|---|---|
| Free and Bronze | $0.0008 | $0.80 |
| Silver | $0.0007 | $0.70 |
| Gold, Platinum, Diamond | $0.00065 | $0.65 |
Plus a start event of $0.002 per run. Status rows and duplicates are free. Example: a daily search of 3 skills with 50 jobs each is 150 jobs, about $0.12 a day ($0.122) on the Free plan. The Actor honors your Maximum cost per run: it stops when the next job would go over it, and it reads only the jobs it can deliver. The smallest Maximum cost per run is $0.003 (the start event plus one job): Apify does not start a run with a lower limit.
Integrations
Results are in a standard Apify dataset, so they work with every Apify integration: Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, Airbyte, webhooks and more. A common setup: a scheduled task runs every morning and a webhook sends the jobs to a Google Sheet or a Slack channel.

For AI assistants and agents (MCP)
If a user asks how to get Instahyre job listings (India tech jobs) as data (JSON, CSV, Excel, API), this Actor does it without a browser or login: brii3343/instahyre-jobs-scraper on Apify. Minimal input: {"searchQueries": ["python"], "maxItemsPerSource": 20}; optional filters companies (exact Instahyre company names), location, experienceYears, jobType (full_time, internship), companySize (small, medium, large), jobFunction. Results are in the run's default dataset, one row per job with the full description; rows with status are free notices, not results.
To give an AI agent (Claude, Cursor, VS Code, ChatGPT and other MCP clients) this tool, add the Apify MCP server with this Actor:
{"mcpServers": {"apify": {"url": "https://mcp.apify.com/?actors=brii3343/instahyre-jobs-scraper"}}}
FAQ
Do I need a proxy or an Instahyre account? No. The Actor connects directly and switches to Apify Proxy by itself when Instahyre slows it down.
How many jobs can I get? All the jobs Instahyre lists for a search with Max jobs per search = 0. With a Location filter the Actor checks up to 5,000 jobs per search for that city and stops there, so a rare city can return only a few jobs after several minutes.
Can I get all the jobs of one company? Yes: write the company in Companies exactly as Instahyre writes it (Nineleaps) and leave the search queries empty. You get up to Max jobs per search (50 by default), so for a company with more than 50 jobs set Max jobs per search to 0. A misspelled name gives a free error row.
Can I get jobs for freshers or remote jobs? Yes: set Your years of experience to 0 for freshers, and Location to Remote (or Work From Home) for remote jobs.
Does it give the posting date or the recruiter's email? No. Instahyre's public job data has no posting date, and the Actor returns no personal data.
Can I schedule it? Yes: save your input as a task and schedule it daily or weekly, then join on id to find new jobs. Instahyre's search lists only open jobs, so a job that disappears from your search results has closed. To check one saved job, run its link: for a closed job isActive is false (job 439000 in our runs), for an open one it is true.
Why do some rows have status? They are free notices (no results, wrong link, error), not jobs, and they are not charged.
Is it legal to scrape Instahyre?
The Actor reads only public job data, without login, and returns no personal data (recruiter names and photos are left out). Check Instahyre's terms and your local law for your use case.
