Scrape Skillshot.pl jobs from skillshot.pl, the Polish video-game industry job board, and get clean data as JSON, CSV or Excel: title, company, locations, category and the full description. With details on, salary (per contract type), work mode, skills, contract types (B2B included), benefits and languages are read from the offer text. No browser, no login, and you can run it from the Apify API.

🔎 What does Skillshot.pl Jobs Scraper do?

  • Searches skillshot.pl by keywords and categories, or reads any listing, company page or offer URL you paste.
  • Returns one row per offer. With extractFullDetails on, each offer's own page is read too: full description (text and HTML), plus the salary, work mode, skills, contracts, benefits and languages found in that text.

⭐ Why this one

1️⃣ One schema across job portals. All our job actors share one output schema and one input schema. Build your pipeline once: our other job actors (NoFluffJobs, Pracuj.pl, Just Join IT, Bulldogjob, RocketJobs.pl, theprotocol.it, BlueLionJob, Hollylist) take the same input and return the same fields, so adding a portal means changing the actor name, not your code.

  • Salary, work mode, skills and benefits. With details on, we read them from the offer text: one salary range per contract type, work mode (remote, hybrid, on-site), skills (marked required or optional), contracts such as B2B, benefits and recruitment languages. Each skill and contract says whether it came from the portal or from the description (source).
  • No start fee. $0.40 per 1,000 offers, +$1.50 per 1,000 offers with details. You pay only for rows you get.
  • Honest runs: a run summary and a health status. A search that fails writes an unbilled diagnostic row.
  • Fast: plain page requests, no browser.

⚙️ Input

Every job actor of ours takes the same inputs. Example: designer jobs in game development, with full details:

{
"searchQueries": ["designer"],
"categories": ["gamedev"],
"maxResults": 50,
"extractFullDetails": true
}
FieldDefaultNotes
maxResults50Offers in total. 0 = no limit (the run timeout still applies)
startUrls–skillshot.pl listing pages (https://www.skillshot.pl/jobs?category=testowanie), company pages (https://www.skillshot.pl/users/71, all its offers) or offer pages (https://www.skillshot.pl/jobs/39766-qa-tester-vr-at-incuvo-sa). A listing URL is read as that listing; an offer URL is always read from its own page. The filters below still apply to the rows
searchQueriespython in the formKeywords, one search per line (a job title or a tool, e.g. designer or Unreal). Empty: every offer
locations–City names; accents and case do not matter (Krakow = Kraków = KRAKÓW). The actor keeps the rows whose location matches. Empty: anywhere
categories–skillshot.pl's categories map to our values: Programowanie, Design, Grafika i animacja and Audio = gamedev, Testowanie = testing, Zarządzanie = project-management. Filtering by gamedev searches all four gamedev categories. The list: backend, frontend, fullstack, mobile, devops, data, ai-ml, testing, security, it-admin, support, embedded, gamedev, erp, architecture, project-management, product, ux-ui, business-analysis, sales, marketing, hr, finance, customer-service, engineering, production, logistics, legal, administration, consulting, education, healthcare, construction, hospitality. On skillshot.pl the offers fall in gamedev, testing and project-management; the category on a row comes with details on or a category filter
contractTypes–employment, b2b, mandate, specific-task, internship. The actor matches the rows itself
workType–remote, hybrid, onsite, mobile. The actor matches the rows itself, from the location text and, with details on, the offer text
experience–intern, junior, mid, senior, expert, lead, manager, executive. The actor matches the rows itself, from the title and, with details on, the offer text
withSalaryOnlyfalseOnly offers that show a salary (found in the offer text, so use it with details on)
extractFullDetailsfalseOff: listing-level rows, cheaper and faster. On: each offer's own page (and its company, once per run) is read for the description, salary, skills, contracts, benefits and languages. An offer URL is always read in full
maxConcurrency1Searches and detail pages processed in parallel
maxRequestsPerMinute60Request rate for the whole run
proxyConfigurationoffApify Proxy settings, useful when many detail pages are requested
maxRequestRetries2Retries after a failed request

🧭 Input modes: what you give, what you get

One actor, six ways to use it. The mode follows from what you fill in.

📄 5. One offer URLstartUrls with an offer URLThat one offerAlways (a full row either way)
🧩 6. URLs + filtersstartUrls plus filtersOnly rows matching the filtersOffer URLs always; listed offers only with extractFullDetails on

Minimal input for each mode. Add "extractFullDetails": true to any of them for full rows.

{"maxResults": 3}
{"searchQueries": ["designer"], "maxResults": 3}
{"searchQueries": ["designer"], "categories": ["gamedev"], "maxResults": 3}

🔗 4. Listing / search URL

{"startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.skillshot.pl/jobs"}], "maxResults": 3}

📄 5. One offer URL

{"startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.skillshot.pl/jobs/39766-qa-tester-vr-at-incuvo-sa"}]}

🧩 6. URLs + filters

{"startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.skillshot.pl/jobs"}, {"url": "https://www.skillshot.pl/jobs/39766-qa-tester-vr-at-incuvo-sa"}], "contractTypes": ["employment"], "maxResults": 3}

When a listing row lacks the field a filter needs, the actor reads that offer's own page to decide.

Missing data is null, never a guess.

Run status. After each run, open the run's key-value store (Storage tab) to see how it went:

  • RUN_HEALTH: ok, or degraded with the reason (no rows, a failed request, a warning, or a row that broke a data rule).
  • RUN_SUMMARY: the run's numbers: rows, requests, retries, failed requests, warnings and billed events.

💰 Pricing (Pay-Per-Event)

EventPriceTrigger
Result row (job-scraped)$0.0004 (= $0.40 / 1,000)Per offer returned
Details row (job-details-scraped)+$0.0015 (= +$1.50 / 1,000)Per offer whose own page was read (extractFullDetails on, or an offer URL)

No start fee: a run costs only the rows it returns. Diagnostic rows are never billed. Example: 1,000 offers with details = $0.40 + $1.50 = $1.90.

Free plan: each run returns up to 1,000 offers, with full details; upgrade your Apify plan for more.

🎯 Use cases

  • Track new game-industry openings on a daily schedule.
  • Feed a gamedev job board, a studio newsletter or a personal job-search dashboard.
  • Compare pay by contract type (B2B or employment) and role in the Polish games market.
  • Market research: which studios hire, for which roles, with which engines and tools.
  • Lead lists of hiring game studios and publishers.
  • Run the same pipeline over several Polish job portals, since they share one schema.

🩺 If a run fails

The run health (the RUN_HEALTH record, RUN_SUMMARY and the last line of the log) names the cause, for example site down: list request answered 500 x3. Find that start of the message in the table.

Error in the log / run healthWhat it meansWhat you do
site down: <request> answered 500, 502-504, 520-526The site is offline or has a fault. The actor waits longer between tries, then stops the run.Try again later.
blocked: <request> answered 401, 403, 1020 or a captcha pageThe site refused the request or showed a captcha page.The actor already retries once through the Apify proxy. If it still fails, turn on the Apify proxy in the input (use the RESIDENTIAL group if it is already on).
rate limited: <request> answered 429The site asks for fewer requests. The actor waits and slows down by itself.If it keeps happening, lower maxRequestsPerMinute.
gone: <request> answered 404, 410The page or offer was removed. The actor skips it and it is not charged.Nothing; this is normal.
network error: <request> failed with timeout (or connection error, DNS error)A timeout or a broken connection. The actor retries with a pause.Try again later.
wrong answer: <request> returned HTML instead of JSON (or an empty body)The site answered with a page that is not data (HTML instead of JSON, an empty body). The site has probably changed.Report it in the Issues tab; we fix it.

❓ FAQ

How many offers can I get?

As many as maxResults says (0 = no limit). skillshot.pl lists offers newest first, 30 per page, and the actor follows the pages for you.

How do I export Skillshot.pl jobs to Excel or CSV?

Run the actor, open the Output tab and pick Excel or CSV in the export options. JSON, XML and HTML are there too, and the Apify API returns the same data.

How do I get Skillshot.pl salary data?

With details on, each offer row has a salaries list with min, max, currency, period, contractType and grossNet, read from the offer text. Turn on withSalaryOnly to get only offers that show pay.

What is the monthly salary?

Each pay range starts with a monthly item (period "month"). If the offer gives pay per hour, day, week or year, we compute it: hour × 168, day × 21, week × 52 / 12, year / 12, rounded to a whole unit. The offer's own figures follow it with isOriginal true.

Can I combine it with other portals?

Yes. All our job actors share one output schema and one input schema, so rows from different portals fit one table. See "Other Polish job scrapers" below.
