All notable changes to the eBay Sold Listings Scraper.
1.26 — 2026-11-02
New input options
sellerCountry — only return listings from sellers in one country. Two-letter ISO code, e.g. JP or GB (UK also works). When set, itemLocation is ignored. If no listing matches, eBay can return listings from other countries, so check itemLocation on each item. Country codes .
postalCode — your delivery postcode, for shipping prices calculated to your address. Use the selected site's format: 10001 on ebay.com, SW1A 1AA on ebay.co.uk, M5V 3L9 on ebay.ca. Leave blank to use a central postcode for the site. A value in the wrong format is ignored with a warning and the run continues.
New output fields
soldPriceMax — on a listing with variations, the high end of the price range (soldPrice is the low end). null for single-price listings.
buyItNowPrice — on an auction that also had a Buy It Now option (buyingFormat = auctionWithBIN), the Buy It Now price. null for other listings.
Both are also shown in the Overview table.
1.24 — 2026-10-03
New input options
sellerType — filter by private or business sellers (default any). EU marketplaces only (DE, FR, IT, ES); on all other sites the filter is ignored and results are unfiltered.
exactMatch (on by default) — turn it off to also include eBay's looser "results matching fewer words" listings.
New output fields
epid — eBay catalog product ID, stable across sellers for the same product. null when the listing has no catalog match.
itemLocation — the seller's country as shown on eBay. Written in the site's language. On most sites other than ebay.com it is only shown for sellers abroad and is null otherwise.
Improvements
The run SUMMARY now includes autoSelectedCategory — the category eBay resolved each keyword's search to (null when it didn't pick one).
1.19 — 2026-07-23
Input change
categoryId and subcategoryId are now free-text fields instead of dropdowns. You can enter any eBay category or subcategory ID — you're no longer limited to a preset list, so newer or less common categories work too. Both still map to _sacat, and subcategoryId still overrides categoryId. Look up any ID at sold-comps.com/ebay-categories . Existing inputs are unaffected — the field type and defaults ("0" / "") are unchanged.
1.18 — 2026-07-06
New output fields
buyingFormat — distinguishes auction, Buy It Now, and auction-with-Buy-It-Now sales.
includeCompletedListings (on by default) — turn it off to match eBay's plain "Sold" view. You get the exact same sold listings either way; the only difference is that "Best Offer Accepted" detection is disabled when it's off.
Improvements
Faster, more reliable scraping for eBay Australia (ebay.com.au).
1.17 — 2026-06-10
New output fields
thumbnailUrl — product image (500px).
sellerType — "private" or "business" on EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES).
Fixes & improvements
Fixed a parsing issue that could return the wrong listings on domestic searches.
1.16 — 2026-05-30
New output fields
listingType — how the item sold: Best Offer Accepted, Buy It Now, or auction.
isBestOfferAccepted — flags sales where the displayed price is the asking price, not the final accepted offer.
Improvements
Reworked the fetching pipeline for higher success rates and fewer blocked requests.
