- 💬 Get the company's replies to each review
- 📅 Fetch only new reviews since a given date, ideal for daily monitoring
- ⚡ Run fast and cheap: no browser and no proxy needed
- 🔌 Connect the data to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier or your own app via the API

Why scrape Kiyoh reviews?
- 📈 Reputation monitoring: track new reviews for your own business or your clients and push them to your CRM, Slack or a spreadsheet.
- 🔍 Competitor research: learn what customers praise and complain about at your competitors.
- 🏢 Agency reporting: pull reviews for all your clients into one report or dashboard.
- 🤖 Sentiment analysis and AI: feed real customer feedback into your own analysis or LLM pipeline.
- 📦 Migration and display: move your review history to another platform or show it on your own website.
Can I use the Kiyoh API instead?

❓ FAQ
Can I scrape multiple companies at once?
Run the scraper once per company. To monitor several companies, create a task per company and schedule them, or start runs from the API.
Do I need a Kiyoh account?
No. The scraper only reads publicly visible review pages.
Do I need proxies to scrape Kiyoh?
No. Kiyoh works without a proxy, which keeps runs fast and cheap. If your runs ever get blocked, enable Apify Proxy in the Proxy field; the scraper then retries once on a fresh IP automatically.
How fast is it?
Kiyoh shows 25 reviews per page and the scraper fetches a page in a few seconds. A company with a few hundred reviews is done in about a minute.
My run failed with "company not found". What now?
The URL does not point to an existing Kiyoh company page. Open it in your browser to check, and copy the URL again from the company's review page.
Is it legal to scrape Kiyoh reviews?
This scraper only collects publicly visible reviews. Reviews can contain personal data, such as reviewer names, which is protected by the GDPR in the EU and by other regulations elsewhere. Only scrape and store personal data when you have a legitimate reason, and consult your lawyer if you are unsure. Read more in Apify's post on the legality of web scraping.
