A better way to create actors

We took the time to prepare a new and better way to create Apify actors! All our actor development templates are nicely displayed in a gallery that's ready to grow in time.

Not only that, we added a CLI option right into the flow, so there's no need to spend time finding it in the documentation. Be prepared, more improvements are coming.
