SEC EDGAR Company Filings Scraper
Fetch SEC EDGAR company profiles and recent filings (10-K, 8-K, 10-Q, Form 4 insider trades, 13F, etc.) for any US public company — from the official SEC public API.
What it does
Given stock tickers or CIK numbers, returns:
- Company profile: name, tickers, exchanges, SIC code, fiscal year end, state of incorporation, registered address.
- Recent filings: form type, filing date, report date, primary document, direct filing URL on sec.gov.
Why use it
- Official source — data comes straight from
data.sec.gov, the SEC's public API. No third-party intermediaries. - No login, no API key — public US government data.
- Insider trades — recent Form 4 filings reveal insider buy/sell activity.
- Investors, researchers, analysts, fintech — power financial dashboards, stock-tracking alerts, due-diligence, and market research.
