Supplier Feed → Safe WooCommerce Update CSV

Turn a supplier CSV/XML feed into a reviewable WooCommerce update package without giving the Actor access to your store.

An unauthenticated x402 request returns HTTP 402 Payment Required with the payment challenge. The normal Actor input JSON is sent as the POST body.

What it does

1. Reads a supplier CSV/XML feed from an upload or public HTTPS URL.
2. Optionally reads your current WooCommerce export.
3. Auto-detects SKU, EAN/GTIN, name, price and stock columns.
4. Matches products by SKU first and EAN/GTIN as a fallback.
5. Calculates price/stock changes and flags duplicates or ambiguous matches.
6. Produces three files:
   • WOOCOMMERCE_UPDATE.csv — matched products that actually changed.
   • NEW_PRODUCTS_REVIEW.csv — unmatched/new products for manual review.
   • AUDIT_REPORT.csv — full decision trail.

Safety

The Actor never logs in to WooCommerce and never writes to a shop. It only creates files you can inspect before import. Remote inputs are restricted to public HTTPS URLs, redirects are re-validated, private/reserved addresses are blocked, and each source file is limited to 25 MB.

Pricing

Pay per event: $0.001 per supplier row processed. A 1,000-row supplier feed costs $1.00 in Actor event charges. Platform billing rules and your run spending limit still apply.

Typical workflow

Export products from WooCommerce, upload that export plus the new supplier feed, run the Actor, then inspect the generated update CSV before importing it.

Price calculation

suggested price = supplier price × priceMultiplier × (1 + VAT / 100)

Defaults are priceMultiplier = 1 and VAT = 0, so prices are unchanged unless you explicitly configure them.

Matching rules

• SKU is preferred.
• EAN/GTIN/UPC is the fallback.
• No key → review, never update.
• Multiple matches → review, never update.
• New product → review file, never silently created.
• Only matched rows with a changed price or stock value enter WOOCOMMERCE_UPDATE.csv.

• Up to 10,000 supplier rows per run.
• CSV and XML supplier feeds.
• CSV WooCommerce export.
• 25 MB per remote file.
