Add daily price history for up to a year, and yesterday's open, high, low and close when you need the range.

Do I need an API key?

No. The Actor uses CoinPaprika's open API — no key, no account, no proxy, and nothing to renew.

How many coins can I get?

Up to 2,000, ranked by market cap, in one request. Ask for more and the run returns those 2,000 and says so in the log.

How far back does the daily history go?

One year. Ask for more days and the Actor clamps the range and tells you in the log, rather than failing halfway through.

Can I get the price history in euros?

No — the source publishes daily history and candles in USD and BTC only. Ask for EUR and the live rows come back in EUR while the history rows say USD in their currency column, so nothing is silently mislabelled.

Can I get prices in euros or in BTC?

Yes — set the quote currency to eur, gbp, jpy, btc, eth or usd, and every price, market cap and volume in the run is quoted in it.

Why are the open/high/low/close columns empty?

They are filled only when "Add yesterday's open/high/low/close" is on, because each coin's candle is one extra request — cheap for a watchlist, slow for a 2,000-coin sweep.

Didn't this Actor use CoinGecko?

It did, until September 2026, when CoinGecko put its keyless market endpoints behind a block that returns 403 to every server. The Actor now reads CoinPaprika's open API instead; input and output kept the same shape, minus the fields CoinPaprika does not publish (circulating supply and the all-time low).

Is there a 30-day or 1-year change?

No. CoinPaprika's open API returns 0 for those two windows, so the Actor leaves them out instead of shipping a column of zeros — use the daily history to compute any window you need.
