Salary normalization — the killer feature

Japanese job ads express pay as 年収 (annual), 月給/月収 (monthly), 日給 (daily) or 時給 (hourly), with amounts in 万円 (10,000-yen units) like 月給19万6,200円. The actor parses all of these and outputs comparable annual JPY (monthly ×12, daily ×245, hourly ×160×12) plus a USD conversion — so 月給25万円～60万円 becomes salary_min_jpy: 3000000, salary_max_jpy: 7200000 automatically. The raw text is always kept in salary_text.
