• Only new jobs since last run: turn on Only new jobs since last run for a scheduled search and each run returns (and charges for) only the Lever jobs an earlier run of the same search didn't return.
• Seniority / experience level on every row (seniority: intern, entry, mid, senior, lead, staff_principal, manager, executive) and a Seniority filter.
• Salary for many more jobs: when Lever has no structured salary, the pay range is read from the job description (US pay-transparency ranges). salary_source says where it came from (ats or description), salary_annual_min / salary_annual_max annualize hourly and monthly pay, and Minimum annual salary (USD) filters on it.
• Remote / hybrid / on-site for more jobs: workplace_type is also filled from the job title, location and description when Lever doesn't state it.

Also new (Oct 22, 2026, second batch), all optional and off by default:

• Visa sponsorship: every row gets visa_sponsorship (yes, no or empty when the posting doesn't say), read from the description, and a Visa sponsorship filter (only jobs that say they sponsor, or drop jobs that say they don't).
• Only jobs with salary now also counts pay ranges parsed from the job description, not just Lever's salary field.
• Which search term matched: matched_title_terms and matched_location_terms echo the Job title / Location terms each row matched, so one run with many terms is easy to split.
• Exclude staffing agencies: skip jobs posted by staffing and recruitment agencies; every row gets is_staffing_agency.
• Company open-job count: company_open_jobs = how many open jobs that company currently has in our index (all its boards).

What does Lever Jobs Scraper do?

• Searches 75,000+ open Lever jobs from 1,700+ companies at once, or just the companies you list.
• Filters by job title (wildcards like engineer*), keywords, location, remote, workplace type, seniority, minimum salary, employment type, salary published and posted within (1 h, 24 h, 7 d, 30 d or any time).
• Only new jobs since last run for scheduled searches: each run returns only jobs you haven't received yet.
• Accepts company names or Lever URLs (https://jobs.lever.co/<company>).
• Returns clean, deduplicated rows: title, company, department, team, seniority, locations, country, remote flag, workplace type, posted date, first/last seen, salary (from Lever or the description, plus annualized), full job description, job URL and the employer's own apply URL.
• Can return the Lever jobs that closed in the last 7 days, so you can expire them in your own job board or CRM.
• Skips job aggregators that repost other companies' jobs, and re-listed old jobs in the time windows.

How to scrape Lever jobs

Is this a live Lever scraper or a database?

My company is missing. What can I do?

How fresh is the data?

Lever boards are re-checked every hour. first_seen tells you when a job first appeared in the index and last_seen when it was last confirmed open.

How do I get only new jobs since my last run?

Turn on Only new jobs since last run and schedule the Actor. Each run skips the jobs an earlier run of the same search already returned, so you only get, and pay for, new ones. The memory is a key-value store named cleanrowdata-lever-jobs-scraper-seen in your own Apify account (job ids only, kept 90 days); give it a Saved-search name to keep it while you tweak filters.

Does the apply link go to the employer?

Yes. apply_url and job_url are the company's own Lever pages, never a LinkedIn or Indeed redirect.

Does the job sponsor visas?

visa_sponsorship is yes when the description says the company sponsors (e.g. "Visa sponsorship is available"), no when it says it doesn't or requires work authorization without sponsorship, and empty when the posting doesn't say (most don't). Use the Visa sponsorship filter to keep only yes, or to drop no.

Remote, hybrid or on-site?

workplace_type is remote, hybrid, onsite or null: what Lever states, else the title/location ("Hybrid - Austin, TX"), else a clear statement in the description. null means not stated, not on-site.

Do I need a Lever account, API key or proxies?

No. The data comes from Lever's public job boards. You only need an Apify account.

Is it legal to scrape Lever job postings?
