Covers are being saved as videos

This scraper is returning cover images in place of videos on many requests, e.g. many of the "videos" in the storage for this run (https://console.apify.com/organization/HdXM3wTpQb8EBcpxY/actors/S5h7zRLfKFEr8pdj7/runs/TTqj4zV2zL41BpTei#storage) as well as many of our other runs are images instead of videos. This is happening even when requesting to download both covers and videos.
It seems like maybe the covers and videos are being saved to the same key by accident?
