To give you an example when i run a query for "roofing company" and limit it to 3 listings I get listing rank 1, 9, and 15. I want to get listing rank, 1, 2, 3

Hey,

if you take a look into your run's logs, you'll see that there are places marked as "out of location" - they are not located in Reading, PA, according to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim API. So you got ranks 1, 9 and 15 and the other ranks (2-8, 10-14) were discarded.
